About the opportunity
EY is seeking a Supervising Associate - Project Manager to support project coordination across internal teams and business areas. The role focuses on helping deliver consistent, high-quality service to stakeholders while contributing to EY’s wider organizational goals.
Role scope
This position sits within Program Management and centers on managing projects end to end, coordinating with peers and internal functions, and keeping leadership informed on deadlines, progress, and deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects end to end across different organizational pillars and help advance the broader business vision.
- Work closely with peers and internal departments to support leadership in handling internal and external deadlines, changes, and review cycles.
- Set up project tools such as Azure Boards, trackers, Gantt charts, or planners based on request.
- Use strong planning and organization to support project delivery and execution.
- Track the project triangle of time, cost, and scope to keep deliverables on course.
- Arrange and manage project meetings, and prepare, maintain, and share minutes, documentation, updates, status reports, modifications, key outputs, and approvals with stakeholders and task owners.
- Oversee execution by maintaining schedules, monitoring status and adjustments, and making sure milestones, actions, and deadlines are met.
- Ensure work is completed within committed SLA/KPI timelines.
- Follow up on action items with stakeholders and owners so tasks are completed on time.

Requirements
- Overall experience of 9 to 12 years.
- At least 9 years of corporate experience, including 4+ years in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken form.
- Ability to stay organized and think in a structured way.
- Experience maintaining project-related trackers such as project plans, risk trackers, and budget trackers.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical capability.
- Detail-oriented working style.
- Willingness to shift responsibilities based on changing business needs.
- Flexibility to support US, EMEIA, and APAC time zones.
- Knowledge of PMBOK concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the wider MS Office suite.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps is desirable.
- Understanding of project management methods such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall is preferred.
