Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Site Supervisor to oversee site activities related to structural fabrication and erection work at our Uluberia-II location in West Bengal, India. This is a full-time onsite role reporting within the Production department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the site execution of structural fabrication and erection projects.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project deadlines during production phases.
• Coordinate with teams and departments to maintain smooth operations on-site.
• Oversee infrastructure and fabrication activities within the assigned site to meet company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Between 3 to 5 years of practical experience in site supervision focused on structural fabrication and erection tasks.
• Strong understanding of structural fabrication processes and site erection protocols.
