Product Owner

Role Overview

The Product Owner is accountable for establishing and communicating the product strategy and roadmap. This role involves assigning and substantiating business value to each User Story, prioritizing them to ensure the team focuses on the most critical tasks during each iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and convey the product strategy and roadmap clearly to the team and stakeholders.
• Determine business value for User Stories, justify their importance, and organize their priority to focus efforts on the most impactful actions each iteration.
• Continuously review product outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals and to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Create, update, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog efficiently.
• Measure the product's impact on the end customer and handle feedback management to drive ongoing product improvements.
• Participate in and represent the initiative in various committees, including WEB, Externalization, CLC, and CCC.
