Overview
We are collaborating with an expanding SaaS organization based in Leeds, offering a Product Owner position requiring three days per week onsite presence. The salary range for this role is between £50,000 and £60,000 annually. The role focuses on guiding and executing product strategies for intricate, large-scale software systems.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves close collaboration with product management, engineering, quality assurance, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing backlog items, and facilitating the delivery process within a modern microservices architecture.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses experience working with extensive and complex software systems and demonstrates a clear understanding of microservices-based product environments. They should be adept at partnering with engineering and product teams to drive product initiatives effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, experience with agile development methodologies, API integrations, regulated sectors, or B2B SaaS platforms is advantageous. Additional background in financial services, specifically in mortgages or lending, is also a plus.
