Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed business cases in collaboration with reporting teams to evaluate the financial viability and impact of launching new products or modifying existing ones.
• Partner with Product Owners to optimize lending and banking product processes, recommending enhancements to improve customer journeys and product workflows.
• Keep current with financial regulations to ensure all products meet compliance standards, working alongside legal and compliance departments.
• Manage loan approval documentation, incorporating feedback from Legal, Compliance, and relevant stakeholders for exceptional cases.
• Supervise production and delivery of lending and other banking products, pinpointing and resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Track key performance indicators to assess process efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate closely with risk management, underwriting, operations, sales, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to effectively implement product structures and processes.
• Work with development, design, and testing teams to ensure clarity on requirements and priority alignment.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to sales and customer service teams to handle product-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct training sessions for customer-facing teams to ensure effective communication of product specifications to customers.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.
• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in a comparable role within banking, fintech, or insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to major projects in an agile work environment.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-driven with a strong team collaboration mindset.
• Enthusiastic about business strategy with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic and fast-moving workspace.
