Product Manager for Real Estate SaaS Platform

Overview

Based in Berlin with a hybrid work model, this full-time, permanent role involves leading the product management efforts for a SaaS solution dedicated to real estate management in Germany. You will collaborate closely with teams in Berlin and Paris, managing product development priorities and serving as the main contact for the German market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and advance the product vision and strategy in Germany utilizing data, market insights, and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate and prioritize the product roadmap with the German teams.
• Collaborate with technology, design, Generative AI, and operations teams to implement roadmap initiatives.
• Create and maintain detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear rationale, context, and KPIs.
• Manage release schedules and communications with stakeholders.
• Evaluate product success, report findings, and drive ongoing optimizations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in German and French at the C2 proficiency level.
• Residence in Berlin with willingness to work regularly onsite.
• Between one to four years of product management experience, preferably within startup environments.
• Proficient use of AI tools for routine product management tasks such as analysis, automation, and prototyping.
• Adept at working independently within fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual gross salary from 55,000 to 75,000 euros based on experience.
