Procurement Advisor

Role Overview

The Procurement Advisor position requires a seasoned professional with over eight years of hands-on experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract handling, and managing supplier relations. The role focuses on supporting projects and operations with adherence to Saudi Aramco standards, ensuring procurement activities align with stringent policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive procurement processes from sourcing and vendor evaluation through to contract management and purchase order administration.
• Formulate and execute cost-efficient sourcing approaches to enhance value delivery and operational productivity.
• Establish and nurture robust partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and other vital stakeholders.
• Facilitate procurement planning and coordination for oil & gas, EPC, industrial, construction, and maintenance projects.
• Track supplier performance closely, address procurement risks, and ensure punctual material and service delivery.
• Uphold compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage expertise in SAP and procurement best practices to optimize supply chain operations within the Saudi market context.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
• Preferred certifications include CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or SAP Procurement Certification.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver procurement strategies that drive value and efficiency.
