Process Executive - Data Role for Fresh Graduates (B.Com/BBA/BBM/BCA) - Bangalore Walk-in Drive

About the Opportunity

Infosys BPM invites fresh graduates with qualifications in B.Com, BBA, BBM, or BCA from batches 2022 through 2025 to participate in a walk-in recruitment drive for Data Process Executive roles at their Bangalore office on 24th July 2026. Candidates with B.Sc, MBA, M.Com, BE, B.Tech, or MCA degrees are not eligible. This entry-level position requires candidates to have completed 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3) and possess no more than six months of prior work experience.

Interview Details and Venue

• Date: 24th July 2026 (Friday)
• Time: Reporting between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM; entry after 11:30 AM is not allowed
• Location: Infosys Limited, Gate No-2, Electronic City Phase 2, Konappana Agrahara, Bangalore 560100 (Landmark: Sunik Industries)
• Rounds: Aptitude Assessment (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM; PAN card mandatory), followed by HR & Operations Screening Face-to-face interview (1:00 PM to 4:00 PM)

Application Requirements

• Register on the Infosys career website prior to the event to obtain a Candidate ID (mandatory for entry)
• Candidate ID must be written on top of the resume
• Carry two copies of updated CVs, PAN card or Aadhar card for identification, and wear a face mask
• Bring original graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding purposes
• Carry earphones or headphones for the interview; personal laptops are not permitted

Role Responsibilities and Expectations

• Work full-time from the office with night shift or flexible timing schedules
• Handle data processing tasks involving content reading, interpretation, and website research
• Engage in outbound calls following standardized scripts, maintaining professionalism and courtesy toward customers
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong command of English grammar
• Exhibit analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to multitask voice and data entry activities
• Adapt to a 24x7 operational environment requiring rotational night shifts
• Commit to no extended leave for at least one year and immediate joining availability

Additional Information and Notes

• Postgraduates or candidates with overlapping work experience and graduation year are ineligible
• A working cellphone with microphone and camera, minimum internet speed of 2 Mbps is necessary for communication
• Only freshers with no work experience beyond six months are considered
