Although training is provided for the right candidates, those naturally inclined towards meticulous work tend to thrive.
Compensation
- Initial training period offers $17.50 per hour for up to 100 hours (often completed sooner)
- Post-training, base pay increases to $20.00 per hour, potentially faster based on quick learning
- Residential cleaning tips typically add an average of $2 to $5 per hour (not guaranteed)
- Additional pay for supplies management and travel reimbursements included
- $1000 sign-on bonus awarded after completing the first 400 hours

Work Schedule
Work primarily involves daytime residential cleaning shifts from Monday through Saturday, with options for full-time or part-time hours. Commercial and office evening shifts may occasionally be available.
After training, schedules can be customized to fit your personal availability, including preferred days and hours, with flexibility for changes over time. We especially appreciate some availability on Saturdays currently.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as this role requires commuting within the Asheville/Buncombe region
- Own a smartphone with an active data plan
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle stairs
- Pass a background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
