Principal (IB)

Role Overview

The Principal will spearhead both the academic and non-academic operations of the campus, providing strategic leadership and fostering a culture that aligns with the Global Schools Group's mission and vision. This role involves managing the IB curriculum, ensuring academic excellence, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic and operational functions within the campus.
• Define and implement a strategic vision for the school and lead change management efforts.
• Develop and execute annual academic priorities aligning with organizational goals.
• Uphold and promote the Global Schools Group's mission and vision.
• Oversee and enhance the implementation of the IB curriculum.
• Create and deliver effective learning programs and instructional methods.
• Analyze student performance and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess the relevance and impact of teaching programs on student development across multiple dimensions.
• Formulate, monitor, and refine strategic plans, optimizing resources and talent.
• Maintain regular communication with faculty, staff, and parents to enhance student experiences and retention.
• Represent the school in various internal and external forums, advocating its progress.
• Lead and inspire the campus leadership team to achieve measurable results.
• Work closely with admissions leadership to boost enrollment and enhance the school's reputation.
• Utilize previous data trends to forecast enrollment and plan financial budgets effectively.
• Manage budgets aligned with strategic priorities of the school and faculty.
• Establish and nurture partnerships within and beyond the school to advance its objectives.
• Promote a safe, diverse, and ethical workplace fostering high performance and staff development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in education or a related field is required.
• Between 12 to 15 years of senior leadership experience in reputed IB schools.
• Comprehensive expertise and practical experience with the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
