Pricing Sheet Developer

Role Overview

The team is looking for a Pricing Sheet Developer to join its product function and support the creation, maintenance, and verification of pricing models for travel insurance offerings. This role is centered on Excel-driven pricing logic, data accuracy, automation, and product data handling.

Key Responsibilities

The position involves developing and validating pricing sheets, applying advanced Excel logic, and ensuring pricing configurations work correctly across product requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setup and help maintain the quality of pricing-related data and calculations.

Required Expertise

The role calls for deep Microsoft Excel capability, including advanced formulas, array functions, lookup functions, conditional logic, data validation, and named ranges. Strong working knowledge of Excel macros and VBA is essential, along with practical experience in pricing configuration or product data management.

Preferred Background

Exposure to travel insurance or general insurance within the BFSI sector is preferred. Familiarity with basic SQL, QA testing, and product validation would be an added advantage.

Hiring Process

Candidates shortlisted for the role will be asked to complete a hands-on Excel assessment before moving ahead in the interview stages. The assessment will focus on advanced formulas, VBA/macros, and pricing logic.
