Pre Sales & IT Operations Executive

Role Overview

Click Solutions is hiring a full-time, permanent Pre Sales & IT Operations Executive in Doha, Qatar. This role combines customer-facing pre-sales support with day-to-day IT operations assistance, making it suitable for someone who can manage both client interaction and technical support tasks.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

• Conduct client discussions to understand requirements and present suitable product or service options.
• Deliver product and service demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Draft proposals and quotations based on client needs.
• Follow up on incoming leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

IT Operations Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to help ensure smooth daily operation.
• Provide IT support to users and resolve routine technical issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and network-related problems.
• Assist with server maintenance activities.
• Manage support tickets and track issue resolution.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is expected.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills are necessary.
• Comfort with MS Office tools and CRM systems is needed for the pre-sales side of the role.
• For IT operations work, candidates should understand computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and Windows operating systems.
