PPM Manager

We seek a PPM Manager responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, reporting, and financial control cycles of supply operations including VIC, FIC, and ZBB on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to deadlines, key milestones, and submission processes related to the annual plan and budget to the Business Unit PPM Manager.
• Oversee and validate all budget calculations related to Bills of Materials (BOMs), managing the full budgeting workflow.
• Lead the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) process for the plant, ensuring compliance with guidelines, templates, and timeframes.
• Manage the headcount and payroll cost planning for the plant.
• Integrate champion initiatives thoroughly into the budget, preventing duplicated entries.
• Prepare presentations for management reviews at the zone level, following prescribed guidelines and formats.
• Ensure accurate uploading of finalized budgets into systems like SCFD and SAP.
• Provide bottom-up VIC standards and actual figures needed for MACO reporting.
• Produce a comprehensive full-year forecast (LE) monthly for the plant and report LE outcomes to the BU Supply PPM team.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities, risks, root causes, and develop plans to close gaps.
• Regularly review new BOMs, plant Profit & Loss statements, and validate financial accuracy to prevent material misstatements.
• Monitor monthly headcount and payroll cost reports.
• Lead monthly preparation and presentation of the Time & Motion (T&M) decks alongside the Plant Manager.
• Track alignment between budget, CAPEX, and ZBB performance metrics.
• Oversee monthly and year-end closing activities, especially validating accruals within supply functions.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting consistent with approved policies and procedures.
• Manage the relationship with the Network of Capability Centre (NoCC) responsible for outsourced processes.
• Track key operational efficiency indicators to achieve world-class excellence for brewery operations, including TEL calculations, by-product income monitoring, packaging, and beer loss management.
• Provide strategic recommendations to support senior leadership decisions.
• Lead or participate in project management and ad hoc initiatives.
• Carry out detailed plant-level cost analyses and engage in benchmarking efforts.
• Perform strategic business streamlining studies.
• Ensure consistency in definitions and reporting standards.
• Act as mediator for supply-related performance or profit and loss issues across functions.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for supply functions at the plant.

Minimum Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor's degree (3 years) in accounting, business, economics, engineering, or related fields; advanced qualifications such as MBA, CPA, or ACCA are desirable.
• At least three years of finance experience within manufacturing settings.
• Proficient knowledge of product costing, financial reporting, general accounting, consolidation, project management, and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience working in ERP environments and process-driven organizations.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with consolidation and reporting tools; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or Syspro ERP systems is advantageous.
