Key Responsibilities

• Deliver heartfelt and outstanding customer service by responding quickly, efficiently, and politely to guest needs.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to improve your professional skills.
• Encourage participation in Accor Loyalty programs, treating loyalty members with utmost respect.
• Use thorough product knowledge to promote and upsell hotel amenities and services.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere strictly to guest confidentiality protocols and room key issuance procedures.
• Follow proper processes for cash and credit transactions along with accurate accounting documentation.
• Handle guest requests with efficiency and dedication to achieving total guest satisfaction.
• Provide guest services including valet parking, luggage assistance, and activity bookings.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent, Porter, or Valet in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Desirable knowledge of the local region, competitors, and suppliers.
• A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to meeting goals.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends on a rotating roster.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS is advantageous but not required.
• Exceptionally well-groomed appearance and professional presentation.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and organizational skills.
• Possession of a full, clean, and current driver’s license with confidence to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Must have valid working rights in Australia.
