We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Chef to join our newly established restaurant located opposite Kotoka International Airport in Accra, Ghana. This role requires someone passionate about crafting exceptional pizzas and maintaining high standards in a busy kitchen setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce and cook pizzas adhering to company quality benchmarks.
• Prepare fresh pizza dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch.
• Uphold stringent food hygiene and safety regulations within the kitchen.
• Maintain consistency, promptness, and appealing presentation during service hours.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff to provide an excellent dining experience for customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior professional experience as a Pizza Chef.
• Strong understanding of dough making and pizza preparation methods.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-moving kitchen environment.
• Meticulous attention to quality and detail.
• Positive demeanor and strong cooperative skills.
