Role overview

As a personnel dispatcher, you will coordinate staffing assignments, advise business clients on workforce planning, and help shape contractual and operational processes. The role also includes active sales work and direct communication with customers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and discuss contractual documents with clients and employees.
• Support and advise business customers on all matters related to staffing deployment.
• Plan and coordinate assignments while taking a practical, solution-focused approach.
• Implement your own ideas and concepts independently in day-to-day work.
• Promote the company’s services and win people over in person and by phone.

• You communicate well and enjoy inspiring and engaging others.
• You have a strong interest in sales and work in a focused, proactive manner.
• You like working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks.
• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field; career changers are also welcome.
