Person in Charge - Mayo

Position Overview

CPL Healthcare is currently inviting applications from seasoned Social Care professionals to fill the role of Person in Charge. This position involves managing residential services dedicated to individuals living with disabilities in Swinford, County Mayo, on behalf of a respected client organization focused on delivering high-quality residential care.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading residential services with an emphasis on providing exceptional care. Ensuring complete adherence to HIQA regulatory standards is critical. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum will be considered a significant asset.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of three years' experience in a managerial role within Social Care.
• Possession of a Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline.
• Completion of a Level 6 Management qualification.
• Hands-on experience in residential care services.
• Thorough understanding of HIQA standards and regulations.
• Valid full driver’s licence.
