Performance Test Engineer

Role Overview

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Performance Test Engineer for its Bhubaneswar office. The role is for professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience, and the walk-in interview is scheduled for 4th July 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve application performance by identifying and addressing issues related to CPU usage, memory consumption, and latency.
• Use profiling, statistical, and visualization tools to measure system behavior and analyze performance results.
• Work confidently with SQL, Scala, Python, or Java, along with CI/CD workflows, version control systems, and API integrations.
• Run performance testing using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner to evaluate applications under different scenarios and configurations.
• Handle large datasets for processing, extraction, analysis, and reporting tasks.
• Apply knowledge of data modeling, data infrastructure, analytics, debugging, testing, and maintaining high-quality code.
• Convert business or functional requirements into workable technical solutions.
