About the Role

Join St John of God Social Outreach as a Peer Support Worker within our Medicare Mental Health Service located in Midland, Western Australia. This permanent full-time position involves shift work rotating over a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Our service offers a welcoming, safe space for community members to access free mental health support without needing referrals or appointments. The team combines the expertise of qualified mental health professionals and individuals with lived experience to provide immediate assistance to adults and their support networks in distress. We also facilitate connections to additional services, such as employment support.

Additional Information
