About the Role
Join Vitaco, a prominent health and wellness enterprise in Australasia, as a Law Clerk within our in-house Legal Team. Collaborating with the General Counsel and Legal Counsel, you will assist in legal operations including contract management, document preparation, intellectual property administration, research, and workflow coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and briefing notes.
- Support review and drafting of commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Manage contracts and assist in legal operations processes.
- Prepare documentation for execution in signing workflows.
- Assist with trademark and intellectual property management.
- Compile information to aid legal advice and business decisions.
- Contribute to developing legal templates, guidance, and improvements.
- Engage with various departments including Marketing, Procurement, and Operations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a motivated, inquisitive, and meticulous law student, preferably in the final or penultimate year of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Essential qualities include excellent academic performance, strong legal research and written communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, organisational prowess, confidence in stakeholder interactions, and a proactive learning mindset.
