Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome each customer with politeness and friendliness.
• Efficiently process all purchasing transactions, including deactivating merchandise per the EAS program.
• Promote company-sponsored programs such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable initiatives.
• Assist customers with packing and loading purchased items.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and keeping the workspace clean.
• Safeguard register security by carefully handling cash, complying with company policies, and staying alert to surroundings.
• Refer customers to a Customer Service Manager for suitable services or transactional matters when necessary.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.15 CAD.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
