Key Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and refine paid media efforts spanning multiple markets, aligning campaigns with overall business objectives and enhancing customer experiences.
- Interpret customer journey insights to develop media strategies, define campaign structures, set KPIs, and establish practical implementation roadmaps.
- Determine campaign scopes and manage iterative project phases in cooperation with agile teams.
- Collaborate with Campaign Architects, Business and Solution Analysts, regional teams, and stakeholders to design optimal paid media sequences.
- Enhance advertising campaigns on different platforms by optimizing targeting, segmenting audiences, uplifting creative results, and ensuring channel effectiveness.
- Handle technical aspects like pixels, tags, product feeds, tracking configurations, UTMs, and web integrations.
- Work alongside data and performance teams to track KPIs, interpret analytics, and maintain accurate campaign reporting.
- Support the creative process by reviewing ad copy, guiding content direction, and evaluating campaign assets.
- Create comprehensive content briefs for agencies and creative teams detailing requirements for multimedia and social media assets.
- Coordinate cross-market campaign launches, ensuring all content, localization, translations, and technical requirements are addressed.
- Develop and enhance lead generation processes, user pathways, and conversion funnels from ads to digital touchpoints such as websites and forms.
- Maintain thorough documentation on campaign plans, workflows, and updates via platforms like Confluence and JIRA.
Required Qualifications
- Established experience in managing paid media campaigns across various digital channels and multiple geographic markets.
- Proficient in using advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Marketing Platform.
- Experience collaborating with creative agencies and content teams to produce superior marketing materials.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, customer journey mapping, campaign performance optimization, and KPI formulation.
- Competency in managing lead generation campaigns and overseeing entire user acquisition to conversion cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, customer segmentation, audience profiling, and marketing automation tools.
- Technical knowledge related to advertising configurations including pixels, tags, product data feeds, tracking mechanisms, and attribution modeling.
- Experience with campaign management tools like Marketing Cloud or Advertising Studio is advantageous.
- Ability to work with analytics teams to evaluate performance metrics for continuous campaign improvement.
- Knowledge of agile project management methods such as Scrum, sprint planning, backlog handling, and multi-disciplinary teamwork.
- Proficient English communication skills (minimum B2 level) for effective interaction with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with problem-solving aptitude and keen attention to detail.
