Job Overview
Biased Free Solutions Private Limited is hiring Packaging Boys and Girls for a warehouse role at Big Basket, Khodiyar Road, Ahmedabad near Sarkej. This position is free of recruitment fees and hiring is immediate. There are 12 openings in total: 10 for males (night shift) and 2 for females (morning shift).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all warehouse tasks including picking, packing, scanning, unloading, and storing products.
- Work diligently to maintain efficiency and accuracy in product handling.
- Adhere to a 9-hour shift depending on assigned time (day or night).
Compensation and Benefits
Salary includes INR 12,700 in-hand, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits. Additional incentives include INR 3,000 attendance bonus and INR 1,000 night shift allowance, amounting to a total monthly earning of INR 16,700.
