Overnight Associate

Job Summary

This role involves supporting customer service by performing assigned tasks related to receiving and managing merchandise flow to the sales floor. Key activities include unloading trailers, moving pallets to the floor, and assisting with merchandise processing, all while maintaining a safe and tidy work environment. The Associate will collaborate within a team to plan and carry out duties effectively based on operational needs and workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the sales floor prior to store opening.
• Setting up, merchandising, and labelling featured products.
• Handling live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focusing more on labelling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking compared to day/evening fulfillment roles.
• Transporting pallets to and from the sales floor overnight for processing.
• Supporting sales floor stocking when assigned and assisting customers as needed.
• Labelling the sales floor to ensure readiness for store opening.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace through compliance with company policies, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The position offers a starting hourly wage of $16.50.
