About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute store operations to maintain smooth workflow with an emphasis on upgrading sales and upholding high-quality standards as outlined by SOPs.
• Address and resolve customer issues including complaints and grievances promptly.
• Guide customers by welcoming them into the store and recommending products suitable to their needs.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping of materials received, issued, and other store transactions daily.
