We are an expanding restaurant chain operating multiple locations throughout the United Arab Emirates. The role requires flexibility and readiness to relocate between branches according to business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patrons in outdoor dining areas upon arrival.
• Accurately take, confirm, and relay customer orders.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service team members to ensure correct and timely order preparation.
• Handle delivery and handover of takeaway orders to customers.
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude while providing excellent customer service.
• Keep the outdoor service area tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Address customer questions and requests with professionalism.
• Facilitate a seamless and positive experience for all customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience within restaurants or food and beverage service preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Presentable appearance, energetic personality, and customer-focused approach.
• Able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Willingness to transfer and work across various UAE branches as business needs dictate.
• Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary between AED 2500 and 3000 inclusive of all allowances.
