Role Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls representing a variety of businesses and services.
• Deliver clear, confident, and professional communication during calls.
• Adhere to provided call scripts while adapting messages appropriately to suit different campaigns.
• Efficiently handle call scheduling, follow-ups, and meticulous note-taking.
• Keep systematic records of outcomes for all calls made.
• Strive to meet or exceed assigned performance goals and call quotas.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess between two to three or more years of experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales roles.
• Exhibit strong verbal communication along with active listening capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in managing time and organizing tasks systematically.
• Be comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and services simultaneously.
• Maintain a professional telephone demeanor coupled with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Have prior experience working with CRM platforms or call tracking software.
