Role Overview

As Operations Manager, you will act as the main contact for residents and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the coliving locations. The position also involves working closely with external service providers and continuously improving internal processes and the resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all STACEY members and manage internal operational processes.
• Coordinate the provider network, including tradespeople, caretakers, and cleaning companies.
• Maintain quality standards across the coliving properties.
• Identify and implement improvements that streamline workflows and enhance the member experience.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in business administration, hospitality, or a similar field.
• A proactive, self-directed, and solution-focused way of working.
• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
