Roavion Automotive Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Operations Assistant to manage their order fulfillment workflow effectively. The company deals with products sourced from Thailand, Japan, Italy, and the USA, delivering to customers throughout India.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete order processing cycle from procurement to delivery and installation.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to fulfillment, logistics, and installation scheduling.
• Coordinate efficiently with vendors nationwide to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage urgent issues and ensure prompt resolution to prevent recurrence.

Candidate Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

Additional Information

Location: Thiruvananthapuram or Kochi, Kerala.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
