About the Role

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant tasked with supporting Revinate responses and managing various administrative duties within the hotel operations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas for meetings, compile necessary documents and presentations, and record meeting minutes accurately.
• Execute project assignments as directed by the Hotel Operational Manager.
• Manage customer relationships proactively by responding to feedback, resolving complaints in a constructive manner, and maintaining customer loyalty.
• Handle general office administration and provide effective support to the team.
• Communicate instructions and information clearly through written correspondence, utilizing strong proficiency in Windows and related software.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for interacting across all organizational levels.
• Ability to confidently prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
