The Online Order Filling Team Associate focuses on retrieving, preparing, and packaging merchandise for online orders, ensuring order accuracy before customer pickup. They handle appropriate product substitutions and communicate with customers to guarantee satisfaction.

Compensation Details

• Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, meeting or exceeding the minimum wage for the position's location.
• Additional pay includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, seasonality, or specific job functions. Multiple premiums may accumulate if criteria are met.

• This role offers both full-time and part-time positions.
• Work shifts include opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing shifts.
• Work location: Walmart Supercenter #4333, 10040 County Road 48, Fairhope, AL 36532, USA.
