Online Order Filling Team Associate

Job Summary

As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, your primary responsibility is to accurately locate, prepare, and package online orders to ensure customers receive the correct products. You will make suitable substitutions when necessary and communicate effectively with customers to guarantee their satisfaction.

Compensation

Hourly wages range from $14 to $27, guaranteed to meet or exceed the local minimum wage. Additional earnings can come from annual or quarterly performance incentives. Specific premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, location, season, or particular work tasks, with the possibility of multiple premiums applying concurrently.

Work Schedule and Location

Employment opportunities are available on both a full-time and part-time basis. Shifts include opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing.
