Role Overview
This hands-on position is based onsite, requiring management of key client relationships while actively pursuing and converting new business prospects. The role plays a crucial part in expanding existing accounts, reinforcing partnerships, and increasing our presence in the Bundaberg area. Additionally, responsibilities include managing workforce delivery to guarantee service quality, compliance, and operational success. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants, with flexibility in working hours necessary to accommodate client and site demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and grow a portfolio of industrial clients within Bundaberg and nearby locations.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusted connections with key decision-makers and site contacts.
- Drive revenue growth by discovering new opportunities within current clients and the broader region.
- Provide comprehensive workforce solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage onsite workforce coordination including onboarding, inductions, rostering, and timesheet processing.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, legal standards, and client policies.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to maintain a steady flow of candidates.
- Analyze performance data and lead client review meetings.
- Identify areas for improvement to better workforce and client outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in account management within recruitment or workforce solution sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and history of account growth.
- Ability to foster long-term client relationships and effectively influence stakeholders.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment or workforce operations.
- Good knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
