Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator & HR Coordinator to join our team. This vital office-based position supports the daily operations of the firm by managing reception duties, overseeing office administration, assisting with recruitment and HR tasks, and ensuring efficient office functioning. Collaborating closely with management and legal teams, the role contributes to delivering an exceptional experience for clients while fostering a professional and welcoming office environment. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and external partners.
- Oversee the firm's reception area and manage incoming calls and emails.
- Organize appointments, meetings, and general office administrative tasks.
- Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR-related administration.
- Maintain office records, handle supplies, and coordinate with external vendors.
- Prepare meeting rooms and provide hospitality for clients and guests.
- Support administrative needs of the legal teams and firm's management.
- Perform other relevant duties aligned with the firm's requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in office administration, reception, HR support, or professional services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to quickly learn new systems.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented work approach.
- Experience working in a law firm or regulated setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
