About the Role
Dev Plastics, a manufacturer of road-safety products based in Gurgaon, is seeking a reliable Office Administrator to support the CEO in managing daily operations and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the CEO's follow-up and to-do list, proactively ensuring all actions are completed by driving tasks to closure without needing constant direction.
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar and meetings, preventing scheduling conflicts and confirming appointments well in advance.
- Attend meetings with the CEO to take accurate notes, distribute actionable items, and track their progress until completion.
