Night Shift Logistics Coordinator

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Night Shift Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Tauranga. This full-time position involves working Monday to Friday from 5:30 pm to 3:30 am, coordinating the flow and movement of containers within our depot. This role suits individuals who enjoy evening shifts, excel in quick-paced settings, and are eager to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the processing of trucks entering and leaving the yard using an internal booking system.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to truck drivers regarding movements within the depot.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external contacts to meet operational cut-off deadlines.
• Reconcile driver sheets to ensure accurate recording of movements.
• Verify data from MPI to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations at the depot.
• Coordinate the acceptance, release, and delivery processes for full containers.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain communication with staff through radio transmissions.

Additional Information
