About the Role

Join our team as a National Events Associate where you'll play an essential role in supporting the delivery of large-scale national programs across diverse locations. This position involves operational, administrative, and logistical responsibilities to help plan and execute complex programs. You will collaborate directly with senior events leadership and local teams to ensure excellent program quality and client satisfaction throughout multiple destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior events managers and the national director in organizing and executing extensive national events spanning multiple markets.
  • Take independent charge of smaller national events and specific program components including logistics, scheduling, budget control, vendor coordination, and client interactions.
  • Create and update critical program documents such as briefs, staffing rosters, signage, transport arrangements, and client deliverables.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across geographic regions aligning with national program standards.
  • Participate in site evaluations, planning sessions, and on-site event support as required.
  • Monitor national account timelines and deliverable milestones.
  • Maintain open and proactive communication with clients to manage expectations and deadlines.
  • Establish trust with clients and stakeholders through responsiveness, professionalism, and diligent attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with local event teams, sales, creative, procurement, and finance departments to facilitate clear communication and successful event execution.
  • Source and manage suppliers, guaranteeing adherence to corporate standards and client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate event data in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Support financial tasks including budgeting, cost estimates, reconciliations, contract management, invoicing, and vendor payments.
  • Organize event staff assignments, communications, training schedules, and on-site coordination.
  • Address operational issues actively and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Share best practices and continuous improvement recommendations with team members.
