Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level system support as the initial point of contact.
Log, triage, categorize, and track support tickets.
Serve as the main contact with clients for demand intake.
Monitor ticket queues to ensure SLA compliance.
Resolve low-complexity issues and escalate to higher support levels when necessary.
Assist in automating simple operational routines.

Qualifications

Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology.
Resident of São Paulo city or metropolitan area.
Previous experience in customer service.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Technical English proficiency for reading documentation.
Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
Basic programming knowledge for routine automation.

Desired Skills

Understanding of Linux systems.
Experience with SQL.
Familiarity with ticket management tools.
