About the Team
The HR Operations team is focused on continuously enhancing employee experiences throughout the entire employment lifecycle. Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily operations related to APAC region mobility, including international transfers, assignments, and job/location changes.
- Manage end-to-end processing of visa, work permits, and residence permits, ensuring completeness of documentation and adherence to deadlines.
- Organize and coordinate relocation activities such as arrival assistance, relocation services, vendor oversight, and employee support.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth execution of mobility processes.
- Maintain accurate mobility-related data, records, and documentation in compliance with policies.
- Monitor process milestones, proactively identify potential risks or delays, and escalate as necessary to enhance delivery and employee satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, data analysis, reporting, and upkeep of knowledge resources.
Qualifications
- Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Highly attentive to detail, upholding high standards for data accuracy, with strong organizational capabilities.
- Quick learner able to understand complex process rules and operate independently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and external vendors, with a customer-service and employee-centric mindset.
- Experience living abroad or a strong interest in cross-cultural communication is advantageous.
