Job Overview

As a Merchandising Execution Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are effectively stocked and displayed to enhance the customer's shopping experience while prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement price adjustments, rotate products, and carry out projects aimed at optimizing product presentation to satisfy supplier expectations and improve customer appeal.
• Apply merchandising strategies to correctly showcase products, boosting sales potential.
• Assemble displays and fixtures using both hand and power tools; update display materials including signage and brochures.
• Work collaboratively in teams with supervision, serving various departments in the store, performing physical tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lifting machinery.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with store team members and deliver excellent customer service to both internal colleagues and shoppers.
• Available shifts include day and overnight options; employment can be full-time or part-time.
