Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure medical records operations are managed according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard hospital operations by strictly adhering to information confidentiality protocols and release of information guidelines.
• Organize, compile, and document patient medical records to reflect their conditions and treatments accurately.
• Receive case sheets, assemble them, check for deficiencies, and file appropriately.
• Verify that all records are orderly, complete, duly signed, and properly coded.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries regarding patient information, ensuring proper access control.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the management as required.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences or hold a Diploma in any relevant specialization.
