Role Overview

This role focuses on supporting provider licensure and credentialing operations, including application handling, renewals, regulatory coordination, and team support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee provider licensing activities by checking and validating credential information.
• Examine, submit, organize, and monitor applications as well as renewal requests.
• Serve as a point of contact with licensing boards and related authorities.
• Guide healthcare providers through licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Coordinate, assign, and review work when needed.
• Help onboard and train new team members.
• Prepare updates and progress reports for internal tracking.
• Maintain adherence to applicable rules, procedures, and compliance standards.
