Role Overview

The Media & Digital Manager will be instrumental in directing the paid media strategies for Cartier in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Brazil through innovative, performance-focused campaigns. Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt and apply Cartier International Media Guidelines locally, ensuring alignment with business and communication needs in LAC and Brazil.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and strategy approval alignment with HQ Media teams.
  • Manage and oversee the annual media budget across LAC and Brazil regions.
  • Partner with AVP to set and track the media budget monthly to ensure fiscal compliance.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns (online and offline) across targeted markets.
  • Coordinate closely with advertising agencies and manage media platform operations, including media buys, tracking, and invoicing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets in synergy with PICTO.
  • Analyze campaign KPIs to identify success factors, optimize returns, and guide future planning.
  • Work alongside PR teams to strengthen media negotiations to maximize editorial presence and ROI.

  • Collaborate for delivering multi-channel media materials, analyze Co-op campaign performance, and monitor related budgets.
  • Assist in consolidated communication budget reporting via Athena.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data from various platforms to deepen market insights.
  • Translate data into actionable reports for local management and identify industry trends for growth opportunities.
  • Develop, implement, and manage e-CRM strategies, coordinating with external partners and local teams for campaign executions, including localized initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance and analytical tracking of e-CRM campaigns for ongoing improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from a recognized university or business school.
  • Substantial media and digital planning experience; luxury sector experience is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is beneficial.
