Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit strong self-discipline to efficiently manage remote work.
- Generate leads through creation and placement of basic online advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Maintain personal motivation and empowerment in a remote environment.
- Conduct brief phone or Zoom interviews using provided scripts.
- Provide guidance and support to community team members and associates.
- Participate in weekly training sessions hosted via Zoom.
