Marketing Executive

Role overview

WHC Lab Group is looking for a commercially focused Marketing Executive to join its expanding Irish biotech business, which operates internationally. In this position, you will play a key part in B2B campaign delivery, event coordination, and the growth of digital and e-commerce activity.

What you will do

• Help shape and roll out B2B marketing campaigns across overseas markets.
• Manage email marketing activity, including lead nurturing and customer communications.
• Support the planning and delivery of global events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Assist with website content updates, product launch activity, and online promotional campaigns.
• Work alongside the e-commerce manager to improve the performance of the company’s online sales platform.
• Apply SEO and PPC best practices to strengthen online reach and visibility.
• Review website activity, customer pathways, and conversion performance.
• Partner with the commercial team to support lead generation efforts.
• Monitor marketing and e-commerce results and prepare insight-led reports.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Previous involvement in organising or supporting events, trade shows, or exhibitions.
• Exposure to e-commerce or online sales platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
• Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing several projects and deadlines at once.
• A degree or master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related subject.
• Access to a car, as the position is onsite.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Wicklow, County Wicklow, Ireland.
