Our dedicated team of over 60 members focuses on real-world training, personalized mentorship, and continuous support aimed at preparing students for the dynamic tech industry. We emphasize providing quality education and opportunities especially to students from tier 2 and tier 3 engineering colleges.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns targeting lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Create and oversee engaging content for various channels including email campaigns, social media, paid advertisements, and blogs.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to continuously improve campaign results.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in the EdTech sector and monitor competitor marketing activities.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ marketing experience with a strong emphasis on content strategy and generating leads.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing marketing funnels that lead to conversions.
• Proficient in marketing automation software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior work experience within the EdTech industry is highly advantageous.
