Job Overview
The role involves actively engaging with healthcare professionals and stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists to promote and generate prescriptions for the company's pharmaceutical products. The executive must align with the company's strategy to maintain frequency and quality of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet assigned customers regularly following the company’s visitation strategy.
- Effectively communicate scientific information on products to doctors and medical professionals to encourage prescription generation in compliance with legal and company policies.
- Achieve both product-wise and value-wise sales targets in primary and secondary sales on monthly and annual levels.
- Increase territorial profitability and sustain or grow the brand's market share by fostering strong customer relationships through strategic engagement initiatives.
- Manage and monitor product distribution within the assigned territory while controlling expenses such as product breakage and expiry.
- Continuously assess customer interactions to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Provide timely market intelligence on market trends, promotional impacts, and competitor activities to line managers and marketing teams.
- Develop strategic monthly and yearly distribution plans to meet business objectives.
- Generate orders from stockists/distributors according to the business plan, ensure consistent supply, and timely collection of payments as per company policies.
- Report any adverse drug reactions or customer complaints to seniors promptly following pharmacovigilance guidelines.
- Safeguard company assets, use promotional materials effectively, submit standard tour plans, daily call reports, and monthly expense reports, adhering to company norms daily.
Work Experience
Candidates should have between 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
Educational Qualifications
A graduate degree in Pharmacy is mandatory.
