Role Summary
This is a full-time remote Market Manager position focused on shaping and delivering market strategy for VeritasCo’s digital products and services. The role involves studying market movement, customer groups, and competitors to uncover opportunities for growth and stronger positioning.
The Market Manager will work closely with product, sales, branding, and engineering teams to build go-to-market plans, define pricing approaches, and refine positioning for both new and existing offerings. The role also includes monitoring performance indicators, improving campaigns and initiatives, preparing market insights, and presenting findings to leadership. In addition, the person in this role will develop relationships with important partners, assist business development activity, and help ensure products stay aligned with changing market requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Study market trends, customer segments, and the competitive environment to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and execute market and go-to-market strategies for digital products and solutions.
- Collaborate with product, sales, branding, and engineering teams on positioning and launch planning.
- Help create pricing strategies for new and existing offerings.
- Track performance metrics and use the data to refine campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare reports on market activity and share insights with leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and support business development efforts.
- Ensure product direction stays aligned with market needs and customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong capability in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, and product positioning, especially in technology or digital solutions.
- Ability to work across functions with product, sales, and branding teams, along with solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort using digital marketing channels, CRM tools, and performance tracking methods for growth and acquisition.
- Good planning, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple remote priorities.
- Mindset suited to startup environments, including adaptability, problem-solving, and focus on measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline; experience in technology markets is a strong advantage.
- Experience with AI-powered products or SaaS offerings will be considered a plus.
