Job Overview
The Manager Trainee role offers comprehensive, practical training across multiple essential functions such as sales, operations, customer service, financial management, fleet oversight, and leadership development. This position provides a defined career path to becoming a Branch Manager within approximately 12 to 18 months, aimed at supporting and achieving location sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is $19.00.
Qualifications
