Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with teams from the United States, Europe, and Asia within the Global Operations Centre (GOC) to deliver impactful paid search solutions.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with regional teams across multiple geographies.
- Manage the setup and launching of campaigns across Google Ads, GDN, Bing Ads, and Amazon Search following established procedures.
- Ensure campaigns comply with WPP-GOC guidelines and maintain ongoing quality assurance.
- Monitor campaigns across platforms and generate accurate daily pacing reports with insightful commentary for regional Search teams.
- Maintain data accuracy within campaign reporting tools and WPP-GOC management software.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 2 to 5 direct reports, supporting their quality assurance and growth.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in planning and managing Google Ads and Search campaigns.
- Strong command of English for efficient communication.
- Experience using bid management platforms such as SA360, Marin, or Kenshoo.
- Bonus experience with Facebook Business Manager and DV360.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a natural aptitude for handling numbers and interpreting raw data to make informed recommendations.
